abstract | (57) To provide a double metal cyanide complex catalyst catalyst for alkylene oxide ring-opening polymerization and capable of producing a polyether polyol having a low degree of unsaturation with high catalytic activity, and a method for producing the same. An organic ligand, a metal salt, and a transition metal cyanide compound are mixed, and a precipitated solid product is separated from the obtained mixed solution, and then the solid product is washed with water to obtain an organic distribution.
