abstract (57) [Problem] To provide an efficient method for isolating and purifying an N-acylpurine nucleoside derivative. An aqueous solution of an acid is added to a highly concentrated basic solution of an N-acylated purine nucleoside derivative, and the pH of the reaction solution is adjusted. The N-acylated purine nucleoside derivative is isolated as crystals by tilting to a slightly acidic. [Effects] Until now, isolation and purification had to be concentrated under neutral or basic conditions, but N-acylated purine nucleoside derivatives can be isolated as crystals in high yield without any concentration operation.
