titleOfInvention Method for producing biaxially stretched polyamide resin film
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] In manufacturing a biaxially stretched polyamide resin film by a sequential biaxial stretching method, it suppresses bowing distortion during transverse stretching by a tenter type transverse stretching machine and during heat treatment, and makes it uniform in the transverse direction. Provided is a method for producing a biaxially stretched polyamide resin film that can exhibit various physical properties. [Structure] After stretching a polyamide resin film with a roll type longitudinal stretching machine and a tenter type transverse stretching machine, the obtained biaxially stretched film is subjected to a temperature (Tm-25) ° C lower than the melting point of the resin film by 25 ° C. After heating for 3 seconds or more at a temperature in the range of 5 ° C lower temperature (Tm-5) ° C, shrink at a forward relaxation rate of -3% to -15%, and then 65 ° C lower than the melting point of the resin film. Production of a biaxially stretched polyamide resin film, characterized in that the film is stretched at a reverse relaxation rate of 3% to 15% at a temperature in the range of a temperature (Tm-65) ° C to a temperature 35 ° C lower than the melting point (Tm-35) ° C.
