(57) [Summary] [Problem] Maple sap (sugar content: 1.5 to 4 brix) A concentrated liquid (a sugar content: sugar content: sugar content: sugar content: sugar content: 8 to 70 Brix) and a new type of beverage obtained by blending the concentrated liquid with other beverage ingredients. SOLUTION: Maple sap is concentrated by a membrane separation method. Concentrate for beverages and pasteurized products thereof pasteurized at H4.5 or less, beverages containing the concentrates for beverages or frozen products thereof and other beverage ingredients, and concentrated by membrane separation. A beverage obtained by blending a maple sap concentrate with other beverage ingredients and sterilizing by heating. In the above, The liquid concentrated by membrane separation may be further concentrated under reduced pressure. |
