PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effectively, economically and uniformly treating an article with one or more kinds of solutions, particularly a method capable of performing a plurality of wet treatments without moving the article. A method of treating an article with a fluid, comprising: (1) including one or more trays, each tray having one or more baskets, each basket capable of holding one article, wherein the trays are stacked to form a container; Placing an article in a processing system disposed within a pre-formed container, said container or pre-formed container including a first port and a second port for a fluid; Continuously flowing the fluid to the article in a first flow direction from the first port to the second port; (3) reversing the flow direction of the fluid; (4) continuously flowing a fluid to the article in a second flow direction from the second port to the first port during a second period. |
