abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] To provide an image creation method for sentinel lymph node search capable of searching for sentinel lymph nodes without setting complicated processing factors and without shielding the RI administration site with a lead plate. A nuclear medicine diagnostic device is provided. SOLUTION: A sentinel lymph node image creation program for removing a background from a main peak image of a subject is stored in a disk unit 6, and can be selectively used according to an operation of an operator. The sentinel lymph node image creation program creates a background image for an image in a predetermined region of interest.
