titleOfInvention Thermosetting resin composition
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a resin composition excellent in flexibility, heat resistance, mechanical properties, and electrical properties of a cured product. SOLUTION: This is a thermosetting resin composition containing a dihydrobenzoxazine resin and an epoxy resin as essential components, wherein the content of the dihydrobenzoxazine resin is 10 to 10 with respect to the total amount of the resin components. A thermosetting resin composition in a range of 60% by weight, wherein the dihydrobenzoxazine resin is mainly composed of a compound represented by the following general formula (1). Embedded image (Wherein, R 1 and R 2 represent hydrogen or a monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, X is absent, oxygen, sulfur or carbon number Represents a divalent hydrocarbon group of 1 to 10, and n represents 0 or 1.)
