titleOfInvention | Method of immobilizing protein on carrier, carrier on which protein is immobilized, and reagent for measuring test substance using carrier on which protein is immobilized |
abstract | (57) [Summary] The present invention provides a method for expressing a protein having a signal sequence in the base sequence of a gene while having the signal sequence, and immobilizing the protein having the signal sequence on a carrier. Provided are a carrier on which a protein in which a secretory protein having a signal sequence in the base sequence of a gene is expressed in a state having a signal sequence is immobilized by the method, and a reagent for measuring a test substance using the carrier. The present invention provides a method for immobilizing a protein, comprising expressing a protein having a signal sequence in the base sequence of the gene with the signal sequence, and immobilizing the protein having the signal sequence on a carrier. A carrier on which a protein having a signal sequence in the base sequence was expressed with the signal sequence was immobilized, and a protein having the signal sequence in the base sequence of the gene was expressed with the signal sequence. A reagent for measuring a test substance, comprising a carrier on which a protein is immobilized. |
