titleOfInvention New cyclic peptide
abstract [PROBLEMS] Cyclic peptides are known to have various physiological activities including protease inhibitors. And there is a possibility that a cyclic peptide that mimics the β-turn structure can be a protease inhibitor. However, the conformation of the cyclic peptide has a high degree of freedom, and in particular, the three-dimensional structure is lost in an aqueous solution, and the expected protease inhibitory ability may not be exhibited. Therefore, it is strongly desired that the conformation of the cyclic peptide be regulated and immobilized. To solve the above-mentioned problems, an aromatic ring and two carbonyl groups are introduced into a cyclic peptide to regulate the conformation of the cyclic peptide and immobilize it. By changing the aromatic ring, various conformations are possible. Therefore, the present invention can provide various bioactive cyclic peptides.
