titleOfInvention | Alicyclic oxygen-containing compound and method for producing the same |
abstract | (57) [Summary] (Problem corrected) [Problem] In a new photoresist monomer which is industrially economically advantageous, a polar group such as a lactone group or an ether group is introduced into an alicyclic structure thereof, and dry etching resistance is obtained. Of monomers and novel lubricating oils and solvents that are excellent in substrate adhesion and excellent in substrate adhesion. The method further comprises reducing the compound of the formula [2], and reacting the compound of the formula [4] with an acid. The present invention relates to an alicyclic oxygen-containing compound represented by the formula [1] produced by catalytically reducing a compound of the formula [6] and a method for producing the same. (In the formula, Y represents a carbonyl group or a methylene group, a broken line represents a single bond or a double bond, and R represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms.) |
