abstract | (57) Abstract: A first agent for a two-part hair bleaching composition comprising a first agent containing a persulfate and an alkaline agent and a second agent containing an oxidizing agent, An object of the present invention is to provide a first agent which is excellent in hair bleaching effect, prevents generation of bleaching unevenness, has no scattering of powder, is excellent in workability, and is excellent in long-term storage stability. SOLUTION: The first containing a persulfate and an alkali agent. A first agent for a two-part hair bleaching composition comprising an agent and a second agent containing an oxidizing agent, wherein (a) a persulfate salt of 20 to 60% by weight, (b) 5 to 50% by weight of an alkali agent, (C) 20 to 40% by weight of at least one compound selected from the group consisting of inorganic pigments and metal soaps, and (d) A first agent for a two-part hair bleaching composition, comprising 0.5 to 15% by weight of a nonionic surfactant having a linear hydrocarbon group having 8 to 20 carbon atoms. |
