abstract | (57) [Summary] The present invention relates to a gene encoding a protein having a polylactic acid degrading activity. Further, the present invention relates to a method for producing a protein having a polylactic acid degrading activity by genetic engineering using the gene. A gene encoding a protein according to any one of the following (a) to (c): (a) a protein having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 in the N-terminal region and having polylactic acid degrading activity , (B) SEQ ID NO: 1 A protein having an amino acid sequence in which one or more amino acids are deleted, substituted or added in the N-terminal region and having polylactic acid degrading activity, and (c) the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 Is a protein having an amino acid sequence of 70% or more and having polylactic acid degrading activity. |
