abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Problem] To provide a delicious and easy-to-eat confection by mixing the aroma of beans and the taste and aroma of laver. SOLUTION: A plurality of bean materials 1 baked while keeping a bean shape are arranged in a line, and a stick-shaped bean confectionery wound with seasoned laver 2 is obtained. It is preferable that the seasoned laver 2 has the seasoning material adhered only to the inner surface when the bean material 1 is wound. The bean material 1 can be selected from any of soybeans, black beans, almonds, cashew nuts and the like, but it is preferable to use black beans which are delicious and have an effect as a health food. |
