titleOfInvention Semiconductor storage device
abstract [PROBLEMS] To provide a semiconductor memory device which can easily cope with a change in bank configuration and array configuration, and operates stably at high speed with low current consumption. SOLUTION: A plurality of main control signals having different phases are generated from a main control circuit 1 and supplied to local control circuits (10a to 10n). The local control circuit generates more row control signals than the main control signals in accordance with these main control signals.
