titleOfInvention | Support for biochemically active substance and method for producing the same |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a support used for immobilizing a biochemically active substance, which retains the performance of immobilizing the biochemically active substance and can be produced by a simple and inexpensive method. A method for manufacturing the same is provided. SOLUTION: A support having a carboxyl group introduced on the surface of a saturated cyclic polyolefin-based resin made of various monomers such as norbornene or a norbornene derivative is used for immobilizing a biochemically active substance. . This support can be manufactured by using an oxidation treatment, preferably a low-temperature plasma discharge treatment in an oxygen or gas atmosphere containing oxygen. |
