(57) [Abstract] [Problem] To provide a high-design metal siding structure having no problem of environmental pollution and excellent in weather resistance. SOLUTION: A core-shell type acrylic emulsion is provided on the whole surface or the surface of a convex portion of a coating material lined with an embossed coated steel sheet, by forming a graft structure and a cross-linked structure of polysiloxane on an acrylic skeleton. An aqueous colored base coating containing a core-shell type silicone-modified acrylic emulsion is roll-coated to form a colored base coating layer, and, if necessary, on the surface of the colored base coating layer or the surface of the obtained embossed pattern. And forming a top clear layer by applying a top clear layer. |
