titleOfInvention Design of novel materials with usages that produce said chemical bonds using chemical bond descriptors
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of estimating (approximately) use properties such as activity of a catalyst or a radioisotope containment force in a solid inorganic matrix of a substance M AB whose active element is AB. SOLUTION: The method of the present invention comprises a descriptor D AB of a chemical bond between A and B having an energy aspect, Including the use of the index R AB to measure the use properties of the substance. The present invention also provides a method of measuring the overall chemical affinity of an element or elements B to the matrix A by the descriptor D AB. The method according to the invention may advantageously be used for the design of novel substances, the use of which causes the formation or alteration of at least one chemical bond or avoids the formation of said bond.
