A sleeve 4 having an opening on the side of the closing portion 1a of the sleeve 4; And a supporting body 8 that supports the opening at its opening. Support 8 Has a column 10 separated from the opening surface of the sleeve 4, and sleeve holding portions 11 a and 11 b for holding the sleeve 4 at both ends of the column 10, and further, the support 8 is connected to an electrode and closed. The power supply body 6a protrudes to the side 1a and the power supply line 15 extending toward the base 2 in the outer tube 1 respectively.
