titleOfInvention Ice composition containing hydrogen peroxide and method for preserving fresh food
abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] In conventional food preservation, an ozone-containing ice composition or the like is used, but there is a problem in terms of long-term preservation, and food preservation is performed in terms of both sterilization power and cooling power. There are no known examples. SOLUTION: An ice composition obtained by freezing a solution in which hydrogen peroxide dissolved by electrolysis is frozen, and a food preservation method using the same. Hydrogen peroxide has a lower rate of disappearance into the atmosphere than ozone and is excellent in long-term storage. Further, since hydrogen peroxide is produced electrolytically, there is no need for transportation, storage and dissolution. Further, when seawater is used as the raw material water for electrolysis, the melting point of the ice composition obtained is less than zero degrees, and it is possible to cool strongly.
