titleOfInvention | Polypropylene resin for sheet and method for producing the same |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a polypropylene resin suitable for producing a sheet for vacuum forming or pressure forming with improved deep drawability and drawdown property. SOLUTION: A propylene polymer having a melt flow rate (MFR) of 0.5 to 3.0 and peroxydicarbonate are melt-kneaded at 170 to 250 ° C to have an MFR of 0.05 to 1 and a resin temperature of 230. This is a method for producing a polypropylene resin having a melt tension (MT) of 3 to 20 measured at ° C. and satisfying the relationship of 0.5 ≦ (MFR) × (MT) ≦ 10 between MFR and MT. As the peroxydicarbonate, dialkyl peroxydicarbonate or di (cycloalkyl) peroxydicarbonate is preferable. |
