titleOfInvention Thin fuse
abstract (57) [Summary] In a thin thermal fuse, the creeping characteristics are improved by increasing the creeping insulation strength between the lead conductor tips on the back surface of an insulating plate. A pair of lead conductors (2, 2) are fixed to one surface (11) of a base insulator (1). Is led out to the other surface 12 of the insulator 1 for the base, and the lead conductor tip 20 on one side is opposed to the leading edge 211 on the other surface. Are located at the same position or forward within 1000 μm, the fuse element 3 is connected between the two lead portions 21 and 21, and the cover insulator 5 covering the fuse element 3 is fixed around the base insulator other surface 12. In addition, a watertightness treatment 6 for improving watertightness between the base insulator 1 and the lead conductor tip 20 is performed on one surface 11 of the base insulator.
