titleOfInvention Contact probe member and method of manufacturing the same
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a contact probe member or the like which has solved the problem of reflection at the end of a transmission line. SOLUTION: A plurality of electrodes provided on an insulating substrate corresponding to each pad in the semiconductor device, and provided on the insulating substrate and electrically connected to the plurality of electrodes. A contact probe member having at least a plurality of transmission lines, wherein a terminating resistor 80 is provided at an end a of the transmission line to prevent reflection from the end of the transmission line. .
