titleOfInvention | Method for producing thermoplastic resin film |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a thermoplastic resin film having improved delamination strength and exhibiting liquid crystallinity when melted. SOLUTION: (1) A thermoplastic resin (A) exhibiting liquid crystallinity when melted has a continuous phase and has a functional group which reacts with the thermoplastic resin exhibiting liquid crystallinity upon melting, and a cross-linking reaction is caused by electron beam irradiation. A method for producing a thermoplastic resin composition film, comprising irradiating a film made of a thermoplastic resin composition containing a copolymer (B) having a structure capable of proceeding with a disperse phase with 100 to 500 kGy of an electron beam. (2) The method according to the above (1), wherein the electron beam is irradiated in an inert gas atmosphere. (3) The method according to (1) or (2) above, wherein the thermoplastic resin (A) is a liquid crystal polyester. |
