abstract |
(57) [Summary] [Problem] To provide a surgical adhesive having a property of effectively acting as an adhesive in a living body only at the time of a surgical operation, but being quickly decomposed at the time when repair of the living body is completed. SOLUTION: This is obtained by reacting a dehydration condensate (A) of a dicarboxylic acid having an α-keto group with a polyether polyol having an oxyethylene group of 30% by weight or more and a fluorinated aliphatic polyisocyanate (B). A surgical adhesive comprising an isocyanate group-terminated urethane prepolymer. |
