titleOfInvention | Method for obtaining useful protein from fusion protein |
abstract | (57) [Problem] The present invention relates to a selective cleavage method for obtaining a desired protein from a fusion protein. Further, the present invention relates to a method for obtaining a desired protein from a fusion protein, which comprises enzymatically cleaving an amino acid sequence of a connecting portion and a peripheral portion thereof. SOLUTION: In a step of selectively obtaining a desired protein by selectively cleaving a sequence of a linking portion or a peripheral portion thereof to a fusion protein obtained by linking a peptide having a specific amino acid sequence and a protein having a specific molecular weight by enzymatic degradation. A method for obtaining a useful protein from a fusion protein, characterized by using an endoprotease non-specific or low-specific for a sequence. |
