abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evaluating carbon black dispersibility which can be used at any stage of a black ink manufacturing process and which can be carried out quickly and easily. SOLUTION: A dispersion liquid in which a varnish or carbon black is not aggregated by dispersing a black ink for lithographic printing in the course of manufacture or a finished product in an organic solvent having a solubility parameter of 8.4 or more and 10.5 or less. Is obtained. The dispersibility of the original ink can be accurately evaluated by measuring the diameter of the particles in the dispersion or by centrifuging the dispersion and determining the transparency of the supernatant.
