| abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a hair cosmetic brush which can easily and surely apply a hair cosmetic to the root of hair. SOLUTION: A hair cosmetic brush 12 includes a slender plate-shaped handle 13 and a brush 11 extending from the handle 13 and having a substantially arc-shaped cross section. On one side of the brush body 11, a base surface 14 on which brush teeth 15 are provided is provided. The length from the base surface 14 to the top of the brush teeth 15 is set in a range of 2 to 8 mm. On both sides of the base surface 14, three rows of application brush teeth for applying the hair cosmetic to the hair are provided from the base end to the tip end of the base surface 14.
