titleOfInvention | Planographic printing plate precursor and lithographic printing plate making method |
abstract | (57) [PROBLEMS] To provide a positive type lithographic printing plate precursor for direct plate-making that is compatible with an infrared laser recording method, has excellent development latitude during image formation, and suppresses the occurrence of defects due to scratches in the image area. And a method for making a lithographic printing plate. SOLUTION: A lower layer containing a water-insoluble and alkali-soluble resin on a hydrophilic support, and an upper heat-sensitive layer containing a water-insoluble and alkali-soluble resin and an infrared absorbing dye and having increased solubility in an alkaline aqueous solution by heating. The Each of the lower and upper heat-sensitive layers contains different infrared absorbing dyes, and is developed imagewise and then developed with an alkaline developer. |
