abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously supply a solution of a luminol reagent as a chemiluminescent reagent and a solution of a substance to be analyzed such as cobalt (II) ion to a flow cell, and to generate chemiluminescence generated in the flow cell. In measuring the luminescence intensity of, the detection sensitivity is improved so that the detection target substance can be detected even in a minute amount. SOLUTION: An irregularly wrinkled aluminum foil 9 is formed on an outer surface of a flow cell 4 as a reflecting surface that diffuses and reflects irregularly by covering at least a surface facing the detector 8 in a state excluding at least the surface facing the detector. The detection sensitivity is improved by detecting light together.
