SOLUTION: A cold seal adhesive containing component (A): at least one selected from natural rubber latex, modified natural rubber latex, and synthetic rubber latex, and component (B): at least one selected from amphoteric polymer. 1N Na represented by the following formula (1) An adhesive having a specific viscosity (η sp ) of 0.5 to 4.0 of a 10% by weight solution of the component (B), using a Cl aqueous solution as a solvent.
