PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method or an apparatus for producing a three-dimensional rigid object by irradiating a liquid curable composition with a radiation beam to photo-cure a thin layer and sequentially laminating the same to form a three-dimensional rigid object. When the beam is moved at a low speed, there is a problem that the exposure level increases when the moving speed of the beam decreases, the depth of light curing increases, and the accuracy of the manufactured three-dimensional rigid object deteriorates. SOLUTION: The moving speed of the radiation beam is changed to a pulsed beam by controlling a pulse interval and a pulse width of the radiation beam in accordance with a scanning speed of the radiation beam on the surface of the liquid curable composition. Regardless of the increase or decrease in The exposure level of the radiation beam is kept constant. |
