abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] Even if a wire fed from a winder is guided by a rewinding guide and wound by the winder, the life of the guide until the wire is damaged is increased. A wire rewinding guide device that can improve linearity and reduce product defects is provided. A guide rod in which a hard coating is applied to a cemented carbide substrate, wherein the cemented carbide crystal grain size of the cemented carbide substrate is 2.0 μm or less. A rewinding guide device for a semiconductor element connecting wire comprising a bar. Preferably, the guide rod is fixed to the guide receiver so as to be detachable and rotatable.
