titleOfInvention | Crushing facility for fiber reinforced plastic ship and crushing method |
abstract | (57) [Summary] PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation and scattering of dust by spraying water at the time of destruction or crushing of an FRP ship. SOLUTION: A work area 61 partitioned by concrete. Is formed in a concave portion, and the bottom surface of the concave portion is formed of the concrete layer 62 so as to be an arc-shaped surface. In the concave portion of the concrete layer 62, a lump layer 63 made of lump such as gravel is provided. A side groove 64 is formed around the concrete layer 62. The side groove 64 is communicated with the drain hole 65, and drains water penetrating through the bulk layer 63 from the drain hole 65 to the side groove 64. The drainage from the side groove 64 is collected by a pump 66, and solid matter is separated by a purifying device 67 and sprinkled from a sprinkler 69 by a pump 68. The entire work area 61 is covered with a building 70, and a sprinkler 69 is provided. Inside the building 70, a waste FRP ship 71 and a heavy equipment 72 having a work arm for cutting the FRP ship 71 are arranged. |
