titleOfInvention Waste fiber reinforced plastic material processing equipment
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To prevent a fiber from being sucked into a cracked gas outlet pipe and prevent the cracked gas outlet pipe from being blocked by the fiber. SOLUTION: An object to be treated obtained by crushing a waste fiber reinforced plastic material is charged into a pyrolysis means 20 via a charging means 10, and the means 20 includes first and second cracking furnaces 21 and 2, respectively. 2, the object to be processed introduced from the decomposition furnace 21 is forcibly conveyed by the conveying means 21b. The conveyed object is provided with a forced conveying means 29 in a conveying path 27 connecting the decomposition furnace 21 and the decomposition furnace 22. On the upper side of the forced conveying means 29, a cracked gas outlet pipe 26 is attached so as to open, and the opening portion is a position where it does not come into contact with the object to be conveyed. Therefore, the object to be processed is not sucked into the opening of the decomposition gas outlet pipe 26. The object transported to the cracking furnace 22 by the transport unit 29 is carbonized here, and then collected by the recovery unit 50.
