abstract (57) [Problem] To improve the production efficiency and work safety by systematizing the production process and minimizing the process that requires an operator, and to improve the production process by urethane. Ensure that the raw materials can be cured well in proper conditions. SOLUTION: A cylindrical cavity formed of two mold halves 26 that can be opened and closed, and a cavity 28 for urethane foam molding is recessed inside each mold half 26, and is defined at the time of mold clamping. A plurality of roll forming dies 12 each having an injection hole 42 for allowing the injection of the urethane raw material into one of the mold halves 26 and a plurality of roll forming dies 12 are intermittently fed at required intervals. A mold feeding mechanism 14 that circulates around a predetermined path, and is provided at a fixed position close to the circulating path of the roll forming die 12, and is freely movable toward and away from the molding die 12 that has stopped at the fixed position. And a raw material injection mechanism 16 that can reciprocate a required distance along the line.
