(57) [Abstract] (Modified) [Problem] To provide an electroless gold plating solution and an electroless gold plating method in which the erosion of the underlying metal is small, the adhesion to the underlying metal is improved, and a strong soldering strength is obtained. I do. SOLUTION: (a) A water-soluble gold compound, (b) gold ions are stabilized in a plating solution. An electroless gold plating solution containing a complexing agent that does not substantially dissolve cobalt or palladium in the plating solution (for example, an organic phosphonic acid such as aminotrimethylenephosphonic acid) and (c) polyethyleneimine is used. |
