(57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] In the synthesis of nucleotides using a phosphoramidite, there are problems in the reaction such as a decrease in yield due to a low activity of a conventional activator, a hygroscopic property, an explosive property, and the like. An industrially useful method for producing nucleotides is provided by eliminating operational inconvenience caused by toxicity or solubility. An industrially useful method for producing a nucleotide is provided by using a salt of a substituted imidazole derivative or a salt of a substituted benzimidazole as a new activator having high activity and easy handling. |
