titleOfInvention Layered alkali titanate thermoelectric oxide material
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a layered alkali titanate thermoelectric oxide material, a use and a production method thereof. SOLUTION: Two-dimensional containing titanium as a main component obtained by starting a mixture of titanium oxide, a transition metal species and an alkali compound as a starting material and subjecting the mixture to a flux or solid phase reaction in the atmosphere or an inert atmosphere. A layered crystal structure compound, a titanate material characterized by being made conductive by controlling the conductive carrier by doping of different metal ions or partial reduction treatment of titanium, a thermoelectric energy exchange element material using the above material, and A method for producing the above material.
