abstract [57] [Abstract] [Problem] To provide a surface of a structure, for example, an outer surface or an inner surface of a building, a structure, an outer surface of a road structure such as a bridge pier, a bridge girder, an inner surface of a tunnel, a pole of a streetlight, a guardrail, and other road auxiliary equipment. Regarding the structure developed as a countermeasure against graffiti applied to the surface, switchboard, etc., the method of manufacturing the structure, and the method of regenerating the structure, graffiti can be removed with a simple operation, and graffiti can be performed. It is an object of the present invention to prevent the risk of remaining on the surface layer side and to significantly reduce the construction time for manufacturing a structure. SOLUTION: A primer layer 2 formed on a surface of a substrate 1 of a structure, a surface layer 3 formed on a surface of the primer layer 2, and peelable when the surface layer 3 is in a semi-cured state. The structure for anti-graffiti is constituted by the peelable layer 4 formed on the surface of the surface layer 3 by applying a conductive material.
