Method for treating circulating water in wet painting booth, treatment equipment and coating equipment |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress foaming in a circulating water system of a dispersion system in which paint sludge is dispersed by forcibly stirring circulating water. SOLUTION: In a treatment method of adding a chemical agent for adhering and dispersing surplus paint to circulating water of a wet coating booth and performing solid-liquid separation, adjustment is made so that the amount of charge on the surface of SS in the circulating water becomes a predetermined value. I do. In a coating apparatus having a wet coating booth for performing intermediate coating, a wet coating booth for performing base coating, and a wet coating booth for performing clear coating, a circulating water tank is independently provided in each booth. By adjusting the amount of charge on the surface of the SS suitable for suppressing foaming for each paint, foaming is effectively suppressed. |
