abstract (57) [Problem] To provide an accumulator-type fuel injection control device that realizes an engine torque according to a driver's accelerator operation and can smoothly operate an engine without a sense of incongruity. A required torque change amount ΔT required by a driver is calculated based on a change amount of an accelerator opening Acc (step S124), while a high-pressure rail pressure PHP, an injection timing I, a fuel pressure switching timing t, and a low-pressure rail are calculated. The predicted torque change ΔT ′ is calculated by adding the torque change caused by the pressure PLP change. Is calculated (steps S126 to S132), and if the predicted torque change amount ΔT 'is too small or too small relative to the required torque change amount ΔT, the fuel pressure switching time t is reset (step S136). The amount ΔT ′ is made to match the required torque change amount ΔT.
