abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic polyester elastomer which is very flexible without being mixed with a plasticizer or an olefin elastomer and has excellent low-temperature properties. SOLUTION: In a thermoplastic polyester elastomer composition containing a thermoplastic polyester elastomer resin and at least one additive selected from an antioxidant, a light stabilizer and a lubricant, the content of the thermoplastic polyester elastomer resin is from 85% by weight or more.
