PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellulose ester for use in a liquid crystal image display device and the like, in which the deterioration of storage stability is particularly improved, and there is no practical problem, and there is little bright spot foreign matter from a cellulose ester film and a polarizing plate comprising a polarizing film. To provide a method of recovering. Also provided is a regenerated cellulose ester film in which the recovered cellulose ester is reused. SOLUTION: The polarizing plate is treated in an aqueous solution at a pH of 7 or more, wherein the cellulose ester is recovered. |
