Method for producing carbonyl compound |
abstract |
(57) [Problem] To produce a carbonyl compound by dehydrogenating an alcohol, to bring out the ability of a catalyst without an excessive amount of a hydrogen acceptor, and to improve the reaction rate even when the reaction temperature is lowered. The present invention provides a method for producing an industrially advantageous carbonyl compound having high efficiency. SOLUTION: In a method for producing a carbonyl compound by dehydrogenation of alcohols using a transition metal complex catalyst, A method for producing a carbonyl compound, which comprises reacting under reduced pressure conditions below atmospheric pressure. |
