Providing materials. A thermosensitive coloring layer containing an electron donating dye precursor and an electron accepting compound for coloring the electron donating dye precursor on a transparent support, and a total light transmittance of 30%. A heat-sensitive recording material having the following light reflecting layers in this order from the transparent support side, wherein the heat-sensitive color developing layer has a haze value of 60% or less.
