abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a simple and continuous apparatus for regenerating a denatured protein with good regeneration efficiency. SOLUTION: This protein regenerating apparatus comprises an outer cylinder, a porous inner tube, and an inner cylinder rotatably provided in the inner tube, wherein the inner cylinder is provided in a direction substantially perpendicular to a rotation axis. Has a plurality of partition plates, and by rotation of the inner cylinder, It is configured so that a Taylor vortex can be formed in the regenerating liquid in the regenerating section between the inner pipe and the inner cylinder. A protein regenerating apparatus for transferring denatured protein from a raw material supply portion between an outer cylinder and an inner tube to a regenerating solution in which a Taylor vortex is formed by passing through a porous body of the inner tube, and recovering the regenerated protein.
