(57) [Summary]nPeptide bond in which a cytocidal and cytostatic agent (eg, a polyamine analog or naphthoquinone) is conjugated to a polypeptide (eg, prostate specific antigen (PSA) and cathepsin B) that is recognized and cleaved by the enzyme A body is provided, as well as a composition comprising these conjugates. Methods of using these conjugates in the treatment of prostate relaxation are also provided. The polyamine analog can be linked to the peptide at the carboxy terminus of the peptide by an amide bond to a primary or secondary amine group of the polyamine. |
