Selective catalytic oxidation of CO in the presence of H2 |
abstract |
(57) [Summary]nA catalyst comprising gold, a transition metal oxide composited with gold, and tin oxide supported on an oxide carrier comprising a mixture of cerium oxide and titanium dioxide. Tin oxide is present in an amount of less than 0.4% by weight of the catalyst weight. This catalyst is particularly useful for the selective oxidation of carbon monoxide in carbon monoxide / hydrogen mixtures. |
