abstract | (57) [Summary]nThe present invention relates to a method for changing the flavor of fish meat of farmed fish. The invention particularly provides fish feeds produced by a novel method of incorporating flavorants into feeds together with common feed ingredients. Next, when the feed is given to fish, the flavor of the fish changes. The present invention particularly discloses that the use of caraway oil, rosemary, lemon oil and garlic oil added to the feed is particularly effective in affecting fish flavor. |
