A novel process for the preparation of olefin homopolymers and copolymers, comprising contacting a Ziegler-Natta catalyst with tetrahydrofuran in an amount sufficient to reduce static charge in the polymerization medium. A method for reducing static charge in an olefin polymerization medium is also disclosed. |
